Véronique Delisle

Background information

Véronique Delisle is a project manager in the Renewable Energy Integration Program at Natural Resources Canada’s CanmetENERGY Research Centre in Varennes. Véronique holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Waterloo and a Ph.D., also in Mechanical Engineering, from Polytechnique Montréal. Over the last 10 years, her research at the government has focused on the integration of photovoltaic systems in high-performance buildings. During this time, she has been one of the Canadian representatives of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Solar Heating and Cooling (SHC) Task 40 on net zero energy consumption solar buildings and Photovoltaic Power Systems Programme (PVPS) Task 15 on the development of a framework to accelerate the adoption of building-integrated photovoltaics.
