Description

It is a time series approach to predict GHG emissions to be integrated into smart home management systems. This model forecasts in real-time, usually using a hourly granularity. It can encompass an entire power grid system.

Users

electricity consumers, developers of electricity policies (energy efficiency, side demand management programs, etc.)

Key Inputs

real-time and historical power generation, electricity import and electricity export data from the grid

Key Outputs

advice to reduce emissions from power consumption (by scheduling electricity consumption during the next upcoming hours), real-time and historical emission factors (to improve the calculation of electricity emissions)
