Description
The purpose of the Tract and Neighbourhood Data Modelling (TaNDM) framework has been to improve the level of geography and the access, structure, and completeness of buildings data for the Community Energy and Emissions Inventory (CEEI).
The TaNDM framework can encompass data linked at the parcel and building scale, aggregated by building type to census tracts and municipal scales.
