Reza Arjmand is a PhD student in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Victoria. His doctoral research focuses on exploring Canada’s electricity system transition.
He obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in electrical engineering. His research interests center around power system operation and planning studies, classic and heuristic optimization of power system problems, renewable energy integration into the grid and power system deregulation.
