Assistant professor in international relations and sustainable development at Concordia University in Montreal. With degrees in international affairs, political science, and engineering, my research focuses on energy politics and policy, both with an international perspective and in the North American context. My current work studies the geopolitics of the energy transition, the evolution of electricity rate structures, the integration of life-cycle thinking in government policy, and the political-institutional barriers to energy efficiency.
